I took 9 months off and decided to get my real estate license January 2009.Īfter a few years in the business I decided to get into the rental business side part time, but it became a full time job managing over 200 properties at one time, with another realtor almost 5 years till august of 2019. I has 1 store in southeast Missouri, and helped open store in Branson Missouri.Īfter 2 years managing installs for these floors, I started a flooring installation company installing for home depot in little rock, NLR, Batesville, Cabot, Benton my office & warehouse was in Alexander, Ar. I was part of a team that helped open stores in little rock, NLR, Batesville, Cabot, Springdale, El Dorado, & Jonesboro. I was territory manager all 15 stores in Arkansas. In 2001 I joined flooring america store in little rock bidding commercial flooring in little rock and surrounding areas.Ģ005 I worked for company out of Kansas City, Kansas they managed all the flooring installs fro home depot in 5 states. Maxim group later changed name to flooring america which for us owners it was a great change because it let the public know we sold so much more than just carpet. Baileys Dairy Treat dishes up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In 1994 I joined a flooring chain called maxim group out of Atlanta. In 1977 I started a flooring business bailey’s carpet sales & service offering all types of flooring & installation for residential & commercial.
My dad taught me and my older brother at a very young age how important customer service was in having a successful business. My father started the first carpet cleaning company in hot springs, late fifties/early sixties, that service in hot springs to the public became a very successful business till dad passed in 1975. Born & raised in hot springs, graduated from Lake Hamilton school, 2 years of college following high school.
